After a decade in brownstone Brooklyn. I traded a small third floor walk-up on a main thoroughfare for a beautiful 1927 Center Hall Colonial with a picturesque backyard and a driveway. I have made the transition from NYC, I am very active in our outstanding public schools, and I am very knowledgeable about everything our community has to offer. I have over 15 years of experience in public relations, communications, and lobbying. In 1997 I founded Two-Five Media, an independent public relations firm in the arts/music industry.

Educational lobbyist:
Single-handedly responsible for initiating and funding the first full day kindergarten pilot program in the South Orange/Maplewood School District in 2005-2006.
Invited to submit testimony about full day kindergarten to Governor Corzine's Public Education Transition Policy Team. Appointed by the South Orange/Maplewood School Board of Education to represent preschool parents for the school districts strategic planning initiative.

Arts Advocate:
Created, obtained sponsorship, promoted, and produced Maplewood Kids Concert series featuring Dan Zanes and others.

Environmental lobbyist:
Appointed by the Maplewood Township Committee to the Township's Environmental Advisory Committee.
